For those who have time to read a lengthy review, please continue to see why I am cautioning you from going. I've been going to this salon for many years now, and today was simply the last straw. The woman who owns this salon is a vile and unpleasant shrew of a woman. I've put up with her behaviour for many years simply because she charges less than most places for a men's cut and does her job quickly. However such benefits are outweighed by the negative, which is this horrible woman's attitude and behaviour. Over the years I've witnessed how she talks about her customers in a poor light once they leave her premise. On one occasion a father and daughter arrived to get a hair cut. After they left she then proceeded to say that the father was an idiot for letting her child wear a dress in the cold weather, even though it wasn't particularly cold and she had a winter jacket on.
